Souriau 8STA series connectors are reliable and designed for speed – on or off the road. They can withstand exposure to shock, vibration, harsh fluids, humidity and extreme temperatures. The Souriau 8STA series is ideal for motorsport applications with extreme space and weight constraints. Our high-performance connectors can be found on cars and motorcycles throughout the world of competitive motorsport—primarily for sensors and electric systems.

Mastering fuel equipment performance and efficiency is key, both on the track and in the pit. Data acquisition in the field requires specific equipment to have excellent resistance to racing fuels and fluids. The Souriau 8STA series offers superior anti-corrosion properties and can withstand pressure differential without loss of electrical performance.

Safety is extremely important for people who work around the high-voltage environment in motorsports. The Souriau 8STA series is designed to be used in the most demanding situations in terms of critical current endurance when activities must be completed quickly.

8STA HD (High Density)
Derived from the AeroMil MIL-DTL-38999 and VG96912 standards, SOURIAU’s HD range, based on a standard design, was specially developed to withstand the harshest operating environments (shock, vibration, high temperature etc.). By doubling the number of contacts for each size of connector, SOURIAU HD is the response to the increasingly stringent demands of weight and size reduction.
